I know, for me, that has always meant being a leader.
I’m a natural leader…. even though I’m an introvert. And that’s my undeniable preference. Along with introversion comes some really excellent characteristics for leadership. You probably already know this. That’s what I’m talking about on this site. That’s what I want to share with you.
Somewhere along the way, I realized that introversion was my STRENGTH. Once I figured that out, things got easier. Your introvert strengths are the key to your success.
If you’re an introvert, it’s your strength too. All you need to do is leverage these quiet strengths. You don’t need to change.
The world needs your insight, your thoughts, your ideas, your expertise, and your strategy. More of you. You do this best by being your true self. As long as I am being my true authentic caring self, I’m an awesome leader and so are you. That’s why I’m so glad you’re here. We have a lot to talk about.
